Hey, guys. Today's tutorial is going to be on this super cute and easy hairstyle that's perfect for a summer music festival or pretty much any summer event. So I'm starting off
by protecting my hair with the TRESemmé Platinum Strength Heat Protect spray and then just
brushing that through. Next, I'm using my Fresh Start dry shampoo, also from TRESemmé.
And I'm focusing this mainly on the roots because I am working with second-day hair.
So this is just going to soak up grease and help your hair look fresh and clean. So I'm
just massaging that in, and then I'm also going to be applying some of this to my ends,
just to add some texture and volume.
Next, I'm taking my curling wand and I'm just going to be taking random sections of hair
and wrapping it around the wand. And I'm just going to be holding it for about five seconds,
because I'm going for more of a loose casual wave rather than a tight curl.
For the top section of my hair, I'm just going to be twisting these front pieces back. So,
I'm just grabbing a section of hair and splitting it into two parts, and it's super easy. You're
just going to cross one section over the other, and every time you go to cross over the front
section, you're just going to add some more hair before crossing it over. And then you're
just going to repeat this process until you get to about behind your ear. I end up pinning
it behind my ear. If you want, you can actually take it further and go all the way to the
back of your head.
When you're done, your twist should look something like this. And then you're just going to do
the same thing for the other side of your head.
So this is how my hairstyle turned out. And this part is optional, but I'm actually going
to be adding a little bit more dry shampoo to the ends, just to add a bit more texture.
